To begin I suggest that we set up a personal consultation.  I will chat with you on the phone to get some basic information about your property.  We will then set up a time for us to meet each other and view the property.  This is when we will do a walkthrough and I will perform an assessment on your property, answer your questions and take you through my system to help you determine how much the property may sell for and how long it may take.

This consultation gives us both the opportunity to get to know one another and see how we could be a good fit. You’ll learn how I work and how my brokerage and I build our marketing and sales campaign for you.  It will be when I will show you how I will meet and exceed your expectations.  Couldn’t correct because I am not sure of your intent here.
