You will want to impress buyers when they view your property, whether it is a private showing or an open house. It’s important to give them a sense of what it is like to live there and motivate them to make an offer.
It’s my job to maximize the potential every time someone walks through your door. In order to do that, I will make recommendations for how to prepare your property. I will create a campaign for qualified buyers and then, when they come to view, draw their attention to the standout qualities and features of your property.
I will work with you to coordinate the schedule of showings and open houses around your convenience. The more flexible you are, the better it will be, as more buyers will be exposed to your property. This is particularly true on weekends.
I will take care of the scheduling, planning, promotion and hosting of open houses.
While I will be looking after the details, here a few things to keep in mind to generate success:
- Ensure the walkway/front of your property is clear. This makes a good first impression.
- Clean and tidy your property, imagine you are about to host a family/friend’s event.
- Store personal items such as family pictures. This makes it easier for buyers to imagine themselves living in the house.
- Plan on somewhere close by to step out to, such as a park or shopping mall. Buyers will be more comfortable when they can view the property without you there.
- When possible, take your pets for a walk, or to a local pet sitting service.
I will do my best to minimize disruptions and make the viewings and open houses as convenient as I can. I will focus on bringing qualified and serious buyers to speed up the process and increase the likelihood of a buyer seeing your property, becoming interested and making an offer.
